How much does shipping cost?

FLAT RATE SHIPPING IS $10 and FREE SHIPPING OVER $250 AUD on Australian orders.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched in 1-2 business days, excluding launch periods and busy periods (e.g. sales, new launches) when processing may take up to 5 business days.

For domestic deliveries, standard shipping takes approximately 2–8 business days.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your checkout, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

How can I check my order?

You can view your order status via the updates you receive to your email address. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your payment is processed and shipping updates when your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Installments are available through Afterpay Australia, and New Zealand, subject to approval.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. We have a 30 day change of mind policy, so if for any reason your towels are not what you hoped or expected, send an email to info@fridah.shop to process an exchange or refund. Cost of return shipping of Items to Fridah must be incurred by the customer.

Towels must be returned unused for this policy to apply. Fridah will not accept returns that have been used or washed unless the item is faulty.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on sale items.

Where are your towels manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Portugal using 100% OEKO-TEX cotton. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
