Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate shipping is $10, and free on Australian orders over $250 AUD.
Where do you ship?
Australia and New Zealand.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and dispatched in 1–2 business days. During launches and busy periods this can stretch to 5.
Standard domestic shipping then takes roughly 2–8 business days.
You will get a tracking number by email once it is on its way. Please check your address before you check out — we cannot change it after dispatch.

How can I check my order?
Everything comes by email: a confirmation as soon as your payment goes through, then shipping updates once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa), plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Afterpay instalments are available in Australia and New Zealand, subject to approval.
Returns
What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with what you bought. There is a 30 day change of mind policy — email info@fridah.shop and we will arrange an exchange or a refund. Return shipping back to us is at your cost.
Towels must be returned unused and unwashed for this to apply, unless the item is faulty.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on sale items.
Where are your towels made?
Portugal, from 100% OEKO-TEX cotton. We choose our manufacturing partners carefully so that the quality and the price both stack up.
