We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $250 AUD within Australia, Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped the next business day.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped the email confirmation will include a tracking number to ensure that you can track it right up until it arrives.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. During collection launches or promotional periods, order processing may be subject to delay.

Returns

We want you to adore your Fridah towels. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, refund or exchange.

Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

Return shipping cost

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 AUD, but we unfortunately do not cover the cost of return postage. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay the below return fee: AU Returns: $10 AUD. NZ Returns: $30 AUD. All return fees will be deducted from the refund/credit amount at time of return submission, unless the return is of even or less value.
Return packaging

Our mailer bags and boxes are designed for reuse. We encourage you to ship items back using the original Fridah packaging the order was delivered in.
Sale items

We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. All styles within the ‘SALE’ tab are considered ‘sale’. Full priced items purchased with a temporary promotion code are also considered ‘sale’ and are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Condition of returns

Due to health regulations, towels that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
